Residential

Torrey Meadows - Heacham

An award winning small development of 8 Bespoke Houses. We first worked with Robbie Wright Builders in 2009, given a blank canvas for 3 new homes on Choseley Road, Thornham.

We have gone on to work on more than 20 properties with Robbie and his sons Darren and Paul who now run their own business Millthorne Developments.

The opportunities we continue to be given to work with the Wrights is something we are incredibly grateful for. The results are examples of why we do the job we do here at Strata. We currently have several live projects running with Millthorne, some about to begin to be built, some in planning and a few more in design stages.

Seaglass -
Brancaster Staithe

A new dwelling located opposite Brancaster Staithe harbour with amazing coastal views and built as a individual bespoke private residence by Fleur Homes.

One of the many unique details incorporated was the use of balcony style roof lights to the second floor bedrooms.

Every opportunity has been made to capture the coastal views including the dramatic curved glazed balcony at the front of the property with views of the harbour across the road to the north.

Choseley Road - Thornham

A development of 3 unique houses winning local design awards.

The Client, Robbie Wright Builders allowed us free rein to produce individual homes that responded to each particular setting. One of the houses is actually set in a former gravel pit.

Sawyer's Yard - Brancaster

Traditional style dwellings in keeping with the local vernacular for Bullock Homes, delivered by Mackinnon.

12 High Specification homes that Bullock Homes are renowned for in this part of Norfolk.

Traditional brick & flint elevations under clay pantile roofs all in keeping with villages along the coast.

Conservation were keen to keep views of St. Mary’s Church on the approach to the village coming down Mill Road – we separated the dwellings to allow for this.

Rowan House -
Burnham Market

Remodelling of a 1970s house for a private client.

This is a perfect example of a client wanting to transform a house into their home. And is the second one they have done with us.

The before and after is quite extraordinary due to their commitment and employing Rutland Builders to oversee the transformation from 1970s to a very in keeping Norfolk Coast façade of brick and flint.

Derby Field House -
Pott Row

Energy and passion from our most fantastic clients produced this one off family home that whilst of traditional Norfolk materials and style on the approach, moves through to open, modern living spaces and details unique as the people that live here.

This is the type of project that keeps us wanting to do what we do. Amazingly the client project managed the build and has delivered a very impressive house.

Golf Course Road -
Old Hunstanton

These contemporary new build, 3 story dwellings, in Old Hunstanton, Norfolk, were constructed, using a variety of innovative materials and systems with both energy efficiency and design in mind.

"The build had to account for dealing with contaminated land, however, using specially adapted foundations and strict controls in regard to site management, the end result was both beauty and functionality and most importantly - extremely happy customers."
