The Pavilion -
Heacham Manor

Heacham Manor built-in 1680, is a Grade II listed country house and has been operating as a hotel since 2009. The Searle family has transformed not only the buildings but the land around with an 18 hole golf course that having established itself over the last 13 years warranted a new club house.

We were given the task of delivering not only a club house with changing facilities, Pro shop, and a sports bar but also function rooms, 2 more bars one with arguably the best terrace on the coast, large catering kitchen and 7 new bedroom suites that provides a truly fantastic venue for weddings, functions and of course, golf! Our largest single building project to date at some 1400m². Our first project with Robson Construction, a family firm who are delivering exceptional builds all over Norfolk.

Thornham Deli - Thornham

Extensions and alterations over the last 8 years. We were first commissioned to extend the shop and café allowing for offices upstairs in 2014.

More recently, and for the amazing team that took over the business, we produced plans for the conversion of the offices into 2 new bedroom suites ( we also worked with the owners on their boutique BnB No.33 in Hunstanton) and then added the extension to the restaurant which has to be one of the most vibrant, always busy because it is always so good, places to eat on the coast! Somewhere we love to host clients.

Briarfields Hotel - Titchwell

New Swimming Pool and Spa.

We have been working with the owners of Briarfields for over 10 years now and the hotel is one of some 20 properties and more than 30 projects that we have helped the family business with.

One of the privileges in our line of work is to keep working with the same clients, building a relationship that has lead to other work for friends and through recommendation. We have fought to finally gain planning permission for what will be an outstanding addition to what the hotel already offers. The restrictions of the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty are  not to be taken lightly and demand significant work to gain such a permission in such an amazing setting.

Drove Orchards -
Holme next the Sea

The Jamieson family approached us when the Yurt restaurant was put up in 2009, the first diversification beyond what was then the farm shop. 13 years later Drove has become a destination where quite simply – they know their apples!

We are proud to call Drove our “home”  - not just a workplace and currently the Jamiesons are overseeing the conversion of the Grain Store which will  be our new office as well as more new ventures to be revealed. We have been involved in every new building here and currently Gurney’s is also undergoing a major extension which will also bring new offerings. If you manage to get past all that is on offer – you are always welcomed to visit our office.

Henry's - The Green - Hunstanton

The seaside would not be itself without fish and chips. We were asked to help deliver a new restaurant that overlooks the Victorian Green of New Hunstanton.

A former shop, the owners stripped the building back and have transformed the lower part of a Victorian carrstone building into something more than just a fish and chip restaurant. In the 1840s Henry Lestrange had a vision, we think he would approve of this addition.
