Architectural Technician/Technologist

Role:

Completing working drawings and technical details for residential and commercial projects. Liaising with building control, consultants, clients and contractors before, during and after construction.

Location:
Thornham

Skills:
Client facing role, experienced residential detailer, proficient using CAD and Sketchup software, fantastic drawing presentation, confident communicator.

Knowledge:
Some Local and National planning policy, Building Regulations, RIBA Plan of Works.

Qualifications:
CIAT Registered preferable. Minimum 3 years practice experience.

Salary:
Dependent on experience.
